The City We Build, the Lives We Overlook

The second Nagari screening session continues the Charles Correa Foundation’s use of short films and discussion to explore urban life, citizenship, and environmental change. The programme is designed to connect visual narratives with questions about how people experience urban systems, access services, and exercise agency within changing cities. The format is a curated film screening followed by an expert-led discussion, giving participants an opportunity to respond to the films and connect their themes with local urban questions. Participation is intended for architects, NGOs, and urban planners, with attendance of approximately 30 people. The session forms part of the Climate as Culture stream and provides a different mode of engagement from the policy-oriented roundtables elsewhere in the programme.
