Naata Shahi

Naata Shahi is a simulation that turns the venue into Panjim, a city where participants take on the roles of residents from different localities, each facing one civic problem, such as flooding, waste dumping or unsafe streets. Their task is to collect five commitments from stakeholders like government officials, experts, the media and NGOs before time runs out. Along the way, they discover that public problems need many voices, that every stakeholder thinks differently, and that trust makes collaboration easier. It is an active way to understand how cities really work, with no single correct path.
